This site collects personal information in exactly one place: the contact form. A submission carries the fields you complete, name, title, organization, organization type, work email, optional phone, what prompted the inquiry, optional timeline, and your message. It is delivered by Resend, a transactional email service, to a Microsoft 365 mailbox operated by Wiley Valuation Advisory LLC. The submission is not stored on this website and is not shared with or sold to anyone.

No borrower personally identifiable information is collected through this site, and none should be entered into the form.

Analytics are provided by Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies, uses no cross-site tracking, and stores no personal data. There is nothing on this site requiring a consent banner.

Retention: form submissions live in the practice mailbox and are retained or deleted at the practice's discretion. Engagement data handling is governed by the engagement letter, see how engagements work.
